Where most firms are

There's more work in your client base than you're getting to.

Not because you aren't trying. Because there's no structure for it.

You haven't started.

You know the clients need more than a set of accounts and a tax return. But there’s no service to sell them, no price on it, and no obvious week in the year to build one.

You've started, inconsistently.

A planning session for one client. A cash flow conversation with another. Nothing repeatable, and the fee never quite reflects the work that went into it.

You're doing all of it yourself.

It works, and it’s good work. But it stops the moment you’re not in the room, and nobody else in the firm can carry any of it.

Whichever one you are, the cause is the same.

Why it hasn't happened yet

It isn't effort, and it isn't the tools.

Most firms already have the frameworks. The Gap, Fathom, Xero, or something built in-house three years ago that's still in a folder. They're paying for it and barely selling any of it.

What's missing is structure. A service that's actually defined. A price you're confident saying out loud. A process for the conversation before you're in it. And a plan for who does what once the client says yes.

That's what the six weeks are for.

What it is

Six sessions on marketing it, selling it, and delivering it.

Six live sessions, 90 minutes each, Thursdays at 12:00pm Melbourne time. Online, on Zoom. Every session recorded and sent to you, so you can rewatch one or catch up on a week you miss.

This is training on the craft. It works with whatever frameworks you already use. It isn't another set of templates to add to the pile.

The six weeks

What's in the programme.

01

Selling advisory

Turning a compliance client into someone who pays for advice. The conversation, the pricing, and the objections you actually get rather than the ones in the textbook.

You leave with your pitch, and answers to the four objections you’ll hear most.

02

Attracting the right clients

Who you actually want more of, and how to get them at better fees. Marketing that suits a firm your size, not a marketing department.

You leave with an ideal client profile and a 90-day plan to attract them.

03

Running a planning session

Best practice for a session clients pay for again. Half day or full day. Business planning, a financial health check, or an estate planning focus. Pre-work, how you run the room, and what the client walks out holding.

You leave with a planning session you could run next month.

04

Live group coaching

No content this week. You bring whatever is actually stuck and we work on it together in front of the group. Everyone learns from everyone else’s problem.

You leave with your own blockers worked through, not theory.

05

Cash flow management programmes

How to structure, price and deliver one. More relevant to small business clients than management reporting, and they feel the result in their bank account.

You leave with a cash flow programme you can sell.

06

Business improvement coaching

The recurring one. How to run monthly or quarterly coaching sessions that clients keep paying for, and that don’t fall over when you’re busy.

You leave with a recurring service, structured and priced.

The point of it

What you'll walk away with.

  • Three advisory services, structured and priced: a planning session, a cash flow programme, and ongoing business improvement coaching.
  • Your pitch for advisory work, and answers to the objections you actually get.
  • An ideal client profile, and a 90-day plan to attract more of them.
  • A recurring revenue service you can sell, not just deliver once.
  • Your own blockers worked through live, with a room of firms in the same position.
  • Every session recorded, to rewatch yourself or hand to someone in the team.

Price

What it costs.

$1,800 plus GST if applicable · 1-2 people from your firm Pilot pricing. It won't run at this price again: the next cohort is $2,400.
For this first pilot, kept to around ten firms. Registrations close Friday 18 September.

Before you decide

Questions people ask.

What happens after I register my interest?

I’ll email you the full details along with a payment link in your currency, and you decide from there.

How many firms are in this cohort?

For this first pilot, kept to around ten firms.

Why is it $1,800 when the next one is more?

This is the pilot cohort, so it’s priced accordingly. The price won’t run again. The next cohort is $2,400.

Do I need particular software or frameworks?

No. It works with whatever you already use, whether that’s The Gap, Fathom, Xero or something you built yourself. This is training on the craft of marketing, selling and delivering the work, not another set of templates.

Can two of us attend?

Yes, and it’s the same price either way. Bringing someone who delivers the work alongside whoever sells it tends to make it stick.

What if I miss a session?

Every session is recorded and sent to you. Watch it back in your own time, or catch up on one you miss. October is a busy month and that’s exactly why they’re recorded.

What if it’s just me?

Completely fine, and plenty of attendees will be in the same position. The price is $1,800 whether one or two of you come along.

Is this a deep dive on sales?

No. Six weeks covering the whole picture: attracting the right clients, selling the work, and delivering the services. One session each on selling and marketing, three on delivery. If you want six weeks on sales alone, this isn’t it. Most firms need the whole thing joined up instead.

How does payment work?

You register your interest, I send you the full details and a payment link in your own currency. Australian firms are billed in AUD plus GST. New Zealand firms are billed in NZD. Nothing is charged until you’ve decided.
